And also this case is also is CALLED AS THE REAL LIFE 𝗢𝗥𝗣𝗛𝗔𝗡 ( Orphan is a thriller movie released in 2009 and also many incidents in the movie and the crime case is similar 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 ) 

𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗘 𝗢𝗥𝗣𝗛𝗔𝗡 2009 𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗥𝗧

 𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗥𝗧 , Maguad Siblings were the young siblings who were stabbed until death at their home at nearly 2 pm when their parents were out for work .

On December 10, 2021, MAGUAD SIBLINGS Crizzle 18, and Crizzule16, found brutally murdered inside their own home in M’lang, North Cotabato , Philippines.

The bloody crime happened in broad daylight, at 2 in the afternoon .

According to Mr. Maguad, a high school teacher and the father of the slain siblings, at 2:58 in the afternoon, he was fixing some structure in his wife’s school when suddenly he received a call from someone who told him to come home quickly .

It was 3:15 when he reached his home and never even imagined that he would see a bloodbath in his house. In the interview, he reenacted the moment he opened their gate. He said that a blood-soaked blanket and knife were lying near the front door so to his distress, he soon called for his son but no one answered. He turned the knob to open the door but it was locked so he went to the back of the house that was very quiet and as he opened the back door, he kept on calling for his son, daughter, and another teenager named Janice16, whom they adopted in July 2021.

As he walked from the kitchen to the living room, he saw his children’s bodies both bathed in their own blood. His daughter, Crizzle, was full of bruises and stabbed wounds in the different parts of her now infested-with-ants and stiffed body that was lying a few steps outside her bedroom. While his son, Crizzule was hogtied and gagged near the front door of the house. His body was also full of stabbed wounds so it was bathing in fresh blood, not dry compared to Crizzle’s. There were also broken bottles, a hammer, and a baseball bat lying near the dead bodies of his children.

Maguad also called their adoptive child, Janice, who came out from her room with her hair still wet. He said that the teen looked horrified but thought it very strange when Janice said that she did not hear him calling her as she was taking a shower.

It gets more suspicious when the grieving mother, Mrs. Maguad, a school principal, said that on the morning of December 10th, Janice called them Mama and Papa for the first time. Additionally, only she and Janice know where they placed the hammer that was used in murdering her children. The baseball bat was placed in the upper deck of their son’s bunk bed which Crizulle gave up for Janice. They mentioned that when Janice started to live with them, their son only slept on the couch in the living room, and Janice and their daughter shared a room instead.

During the investigation, Janice claimed three men entered the house and killed Crizzule first, which contradicts what was observed at the crime scene. Crizzule’s blood was still fresh when the father arrived while Crizzle’s body was starting to become stiff and was already infested by ants. Terrified, she quickly hid under the bed in their room and remained still and quiet. She added that the men were thieves but Mr. and Mrs. Maguad said that other than the teens’ phones, nothing else was stolen. Whereas At 3:00, Janice was able to post a Facebook status crying out for help. Crizzle’s boyfriend saw her post and instantly called Janice’s phone but he said that Janice did not say a word and the background was very quiet. A few minutes after that, Janice changed her Facebook name.

The police who responded to the crime scene said that the room where Janice reportedly stayed hidden was very messy that it looked like the criminals had thoroughly looked every corner of the small room. And in that case, it would be impossible not to see someone hiding under the bed.

The investigators said that the perpetrator had enough time to wash his/her body and changed underwear and pants in the family’s laundry area. The clothes were then placed inside a plastic bag and the perpetrator tried to dispose of it in the irrigation but a branch was blocking the way and was eventually seen by the police.

And finally, on December 16th, the adopted Janice confessed that she was guilty. She reportedly admitted that jealousy and anger caused her to commit such a brutal crime. And that she committed the crime with the assistance of two unnamed persons, one of them is allegedly her boyfriend. She and the other suspect are now under the custody of the Department of Social Welfare and Development since they are minors. While her boyfriend still remains at large.

Janice was adopted by the Maguad family in July 2021, just 5 months ago. The daughter Crizzle insisted to her parents to let Janice in and help her finish her studies because she is already an orphan. However, the police found out that Janice’s parents are still alive and she has 3 siblings.
